Lately

So I have been doing awful with keeping updated on my sweet Nate's mission.

he is doing fabulous!

He ran a 5k this week and I am SO proud of him. I could never do it!

He is so so so happy and always lifts my spirits for the week.

We are going into another transfer!

Can't wait to see where he is going to be for the next little while. 

He kept telling me he can't believe he is already at another transfer

and I cant either!

Time really is starting to go much faster 

I went to the pie with Court last night and all i could think about was Nate!

We LOVE going to the pie. 

it is definitely one of our favorites! 

plus it was a little chilly last night and it felt so much like it did when he was getting ready to leave last year. 

I feel like the biggest baby because it has been almost a year and I still miss him so much and get emotional thinking about seeing him again!

He is still darling as ever and has promised me a letter every week he is gone and he has done so great with keeping his promise!

He still melts my heart and I can't imagine loving him more than I do :)

College is still going great and I am surviving! (YIPPEEEEE)

I haven't had a meltdown yet so I would say things are going pretty smoothly!

Homework isn't super difficult and I love all of my professors!

BUT

I think I am going to change my major :/

I am awful right??

I am taking an accounting class and it just hit me 

that I am not positive that this is something I want for the rest of my life. 

hahaha

we will see! Its the only business class I am taking right now, so we will see. 

But a change might be coming my way!

I am actually really loving my communications class and I am interested in taking more classes like that. So we will see what happens :)

Also I have some really exciting news...

I am the newest employee at Nordstroms!!!!!!

I FINALLY QUIT WORKING AT THE BOUTIQUE.

I am not huge on complaining, but it was long over due 

and i am so excited to try something new. 

I start next Tuesday 

so wish me luck!

College - 1 week down

Well I have officially taken on my first week of college.

I love it!

The freedom of doing everything on my own is something I have wanted to do for so long!

It kind of freaks me out that I am this old!

I made my own doctors appt. yesterday

Talk about feeling old...

So last week I finally got an interview with nordys!

I have been applying to work there for almost a year now

It is a really competitive company to work for.

The interview went great!

But unfortunately, it didn't work out with my new college schedule :(((

I have never been so bummed out about a job before.

I was honestly heart broken

I have applied for two different departments since the interview, so

hopefully something will work out better for me. (fingers crossed)

Planning for the pageant has gone pretty great so far!

I got my evening gown with Court a couple weeks ago

and I cant wait to wear it!!!!

and I just ordered my swimsuit and it is so darling!

I didn't want to wear a bikini for the pageant so I found the most darling one piece.

Luckily for me, one pieces have been super popular this year

so it wasn't hard to find a cute one!

I went to a workshop last week with some of the pageant girls and they are all so darling and beautiful!

It just got me so excited to compete with all of these darling girls.

SO excited!!!
